These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of goodcareos.com and its informational content about GoodCare OS (the "Site"). GoodCare OS is a product of TGCH Technologies Corporation ("TGCH," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful, informational, and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by law.

2. The GoodCare OS Platform

The Site describes the GoodCare OS platform for informational purposes. Access to and use of the platform is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a subscription or master services agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement). Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, warranty, service-level commitment, or binding agreement to provide any product or service. Product features, availability, and timelines described on the Site may change.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names, screenshots, and design — are owned by or licensed to TGCH and are protected by intellectual property laws. "GoodCare OS," "GoodCare Intelligence," "TGCH," and associated logos are marks of TGCH Technologies Corporation. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Product screenshots on the Site use illustrative, non-real demonstration data.

4. No Medical or Professional Advice

Content on the Site is not medical, legal, compliance, billing, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own regulatory, clinical, and business decisions.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third parties, and links do not imply endorsement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
