It does not govern how protected health information is handled inside the GoodCare OS platform — see Section 2.

2. Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA

This marketing Site is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit PHI through Site forms or email. When an agency uses the GoodCare OS platform to deliver care, PHI processed in the platform is handled as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), pursuant to a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between TGCH and the customer (the covered entity). Platform PHI is governed by that BAA and the platform's privacy and security controls — not by this website Privacy Policy.
